Belon Lux Hotel - Nur-Sultan (Astana)

I recently had a fantastic stay in a well, located hotel in Kazakhstan's capital city. the hotel was in the heart of Astana, just a short walk from the exhibition hall, and not far from the President's palace. the junior suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and featured fantastic amenities, including speedy Wi, Fi and room service breakfast. the staff were professional, friendly, and eager to accommodate my every need, making for a truly memorable experience.

Although the hotel's building was a bit dated, it was well, maintained, clean, and functional.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the bustling centre of this city. The location was one of the best aspects as we were able to easily reach the exhibition hall, the President's palace and other important government structures. the hotel was very clean and had great facilities such as free laundry service and a delicious breakfast.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay during Christmas. Its location was superb, just a stone's throw away from all the key tourist spots, and it made it easy for us to explore the city at our own pace. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The best part was the complimentary breakfast, which was served in our room and was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the free laundry service, which was a huge bonus for us.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, the pillows in our room were lumpy and uncomfortable, and badly in need of replacing. Secondly, the coffee served for breakfast was not up to our expectations, but that's just a personal preference. Lastly, the shower in our room was a bit tricky to use, and the hot water took some time to warm up. But overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel in Nur-Sultan has a lot to offer. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious with high ceilings and an excellent view of the city. The old fashioned style added a touch of elegance. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and made me feel right at home.

No significant issues - everything was alright.

I spent my Christmas holidays in this hotel and I was impressed by the fantastic service provided. the location of the hotel was perfect, it was close to the main attractions where I wanted to visit during my stay. the staff was friendly and they treated me like a king, always catering to my every need. I liked the little touches they provided, such as the Wi-Fi working well in the room and the transfer to and from the airport.

The hotel building seemed quite old and lacked the modern amenities found in more luxurious hotels. the maintenance level could have been improved, but it did not affect the functionality or cleanliness of the hotel.
